when your super cool swedish running champion friend, fatty, texts and asks if you want to do a partner workout, YOU DON'T SAY NO.

i should have said no.

we met up at the track and busted out a quick full body workout. grab a partner, some light weights (plates or dumbbell will work), and head to a track. that's all you need!

1. russian twists and plank taps

do 100 weighted russian twists (legs off the ground, twisting from side to side, touching the plate behind your hips each time you twist)

every time you break, do 30 plank taps (both partners get in a plank position and tap opposite hands)

2. tuck jumps and planks

one partner completes 15 tuck jumps while the other partner holds a plank position

repeat five rounds with as little rest as possible

3. alternating pistol squats and burpees

three three-minute AMRAP (as many reps as possible) of 10 alternating pistols (5 each leg) and 5 burpees

complete the same workout three times in a row with one minute of rest in between. keep track of your reps and try to beat your score with each progressive round!

4. bleacher burnout

lunges up the bleachers, run down

SPRINT UP AND DOWN

jump squats up, run down

SPRINT UP AND DOWN

10 tricep dips

SPRINT UP AND DOWN

repeat 5 times with as little rest as possible
